Job Summary
- Lead the end-to-end execution of assigned projects ensuring alignment with timelines deliverables and quality benchmarks
- Partner with cross-functional teams across departments to streamline workflows resolve bottlenecks and ensure cohesive project delivery
- Proactively identify inefficiencies in current processes and develop data-driven solutions to improve productivity and reduce operational risk
- Design maintain and update comprehensive documentation reports and dashboards to support decision-making and transparency
- Deliver regular progress updates to stakeholders including performance metrics milestones and risk assessments
- Ensure full compliance with company policies regulatory standards and industry best practices
- Support the implementation of new systems tools or methodologies through training feedback collection and change management
- Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute insights to long-term operational goals
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend adjustments to optimize outcomes
- Act as a point of escalation for operational issues providing timely resolution and minimizing disruptions
Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelors/ Masters Degree
Experience: Experienced
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines with high accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) project management tools (e.g. Asana Trello Jira) and collaboration platforms (e.g. Slack Teams)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also thriving in collaborative team settings
- Experience with process improvement frameworks (e.g. Lean Six Sigma Kaizen) is highly desirable
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and support evolving business needs
