Job Summary
- Spearhead complex multi-phase projects from concept to delivery managing scope resources risks and timelines
- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define objectives allocate resources and track progress
- Conduct regular performance reviews using KPIs and project dashboards; initiate corrective measures to mitigate delays or deviations
- Develop comprehensive reports executive summaries and visual presentations for leadership and stakeholders
- Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and implement scalable process optimizations to enhance productivity
- Champion change management initiatives and support team adoption of new systems or methodologies
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation compliance records and knowledge repositories
- Facilitate meetings workshops and status updates to ensure alignment and engagement across teams
Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelors/ Masters Degree
- 3 years of experience in project management operations or a similar leadership role
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred
- Demonstrated success in managing high-impact projects within fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Asana Jira Trello) and data analysis platforms
- Exceptional analytical strategic planning and decision-making abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement innovation and results-driven execution
