Job Summary
- Accounting & Reconciliation
- Manage day-to-day accounting including bank vendor and customer entries
- Handle sales and purchase accounting across all vendors website and marketplaces
- Perform payment gateway marketplace and COD reconciliations
- Process and track refunds and returns
- MIS & Business Finance
- Prepare monthly P&L cash flow and management MIS reports
- Track SKU-wise and channel-wise sales performance
- Monitor gross margins contribution margins and key variances
- Good understanding of Inventory Management and Working Capital management is a must
- Compliance & Controls
- Support GST and TDS compliance
- Assist with month-end closing and audits
- Maintain finance controls and schedules
- Identify and drive process improvements and automation using Excel ERP and other tools
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in finance and accounting ideally in a D2C e-commerce or apparel business
- Strong hands-on experience with reconciliations (payment gateway marketplace COD)
- Working knowledge of GST TDS and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in Excel; exposure to ERP systems is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-growth environment
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
Required Skills:
Qualification: MBA/PGDM from reputed B-school. Experience: 20 years in corporate sales institutional leasing or real estate investment. Requirements: Proven success in closing large deals and strong industry networks. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
