Lead the end-to-end financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function including annual budgeting quarterly forecasting and variance analysis.
Oversee financial reporting and ensure timely accurate and compliant delivery of statutory management and investor reports.
Drive strategic financial modeling and scenario planning to support product development market expansion and investment decisions.
Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business growth and innovation goals.
Manage relationships with external auditors tax advisors and financial institutions to ensure regulatory compliance and optimal financial structuring.
Optimize financial systems and processes to support scalability automation and real-time decision-making.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals fostering a culture of accountability continuous improvement and high performance.
Monitor key financial KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior management and board stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to internal controls SOX compliance and risk mitigation frameworks within a fast-paced tech environment.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; CPA CFA or CA qualification is highly preferred.
10 years of progressive finance experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the technology or SaaS industry.
Proven track record in managing financial operations for high-growth venture-backed technology companies.
Expertise in financial modeling forecasting and capital allocation in complex rapidly evolving environments.
Strong knowledge of GAAP IFRS and SOX compliance standards.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. Oracle SAP) and advanced Excel/Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate financial data into strategic business insights.
Experience working with investors board members and external auditors in a public or private tech company setting.
Demonstrated ability to lead change drive process improvements and scale finance functions in line with business growth.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced agile environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
