Job Summary

  • Lead the end-to-end financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function including annual budgeting quarterly forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Oversee financial reporting and ensure timely accurate and compliant delivery of statutory management and investor reports.
  • Drive strategic financial modeling and scenario planning to support product development market expansion and investment decisions.
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business growth and innovation goals.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors tax advisors and financial institutions to ensure regulatory compliance and optimal financial structuring.
  • Optimize financial systems and processes to support scalability automation and real-time decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals fostering a culture of accountability continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Monitor key financial KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior management and board stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls SOX compliance and risk mitigation frameworks within a fast-paced tech environment.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; CPA CFA or CA qualification is highly preferred.
  • 10 years of progressive finance experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record in managing financial operations for high-growth venture-backed technology companies.
  • Expertise in financial modeling forecasting and capital allocation in complex rapidly evolving environments.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP IFRS and SOX compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. Oracle SAP) and advanced Excel/Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate financial data into strategic business insights.
  • Experience working with investors board members and external auditors in a public or private tech company setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change drive process improvements and scale finance functions in line with business growth.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced agile environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
