Job Summary


  • Design develop and deliver engaging training programs tailored to field sales teams distributors and retail partners.
  • Conduct regular field visits to assess on-ground performance identify training gaps and implement corrective action plans.
  • Train sales personnel on product knowledge sales techniques promotional execution and brand guidelines.
  • Develop training materials job aids and digital content (videos presentations quick reference guides) that support learning and retention.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs feedback and post-training assessments.
  • Collaborate with regional sales managers and marketing teams to align training initiatives with campaign launches and business goals.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by reinforcing brand values compliance standards and customer service excellence in the field.
  • Maintain detailed training logs track attendance and report on training outcomes to leadership.
  • Identify emerging trends and best practices in field training and recommend innovative approaches to enhance team performance.



Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in field training sales enablement or FMCG/Foods/Beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training programs in a field-based environment.
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG product categories retail dynamics and sales execution processes.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to train diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with LMS platforms or e-learning tools.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively across Ahmedabad and surrounding regions.
  • Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
