KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organizational Design & Scale: Structuring a multi-city multi-plant corporate design that supports rapid business iterations and global operational efficiency.
Talent Density & Succession: Actively identifying onboarding and mentoring world-class talent while engineering robust succession frameworks for critical leadership positions.
Industrial Relations (IR): Providing strategic oversight for on-ground manufacturing plants ensuring absolute regulatory compliance operational harmony and robust factory floor relations.
Performance Orientation: Designing and deploying modern incentive structures outcome-driven KPIs and accountability models that drive business growth.
Global Readiness: Preparing the workforce compliance structures and organizational framework to scale seamlessly across international territories.
Requirements
Mindset Over Tenure: Age and specific years of experience are secondary. Matrix is exclusively looking for an elite professional defined by high hunger deep ownership and a proven track record of building systems at scale.
Domain Exposure: A strong professional background operating within Manufacturing Life Sciences Chemicals Pharmaceuticals or High-Growth Industrial ecosystems is highly preferred.
Execution Depth: Someone who moves fluidly between long-term macro strategic thinking and detail-oriented on-ground problem-solving.
Geographic Alignment: Strong willingness and ability to be deeply connected and physically present at the Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) base.
