KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*

* *High-Value Enterprise Partnerships:* Negotiating closing and nurturing high-stakes strategic partnerships with massive institutional clients corporate enterprises and ecosystem stakeholders to expand market capture.
* *01 & 110 Evolution Execution:* Transitioning smoothly between highly ambiguous early-stage product/market fit validation to institutionalizing scalable infrastructure required for macro scaling phases.
* *High-Performance Culture Architecture:* Recruiting mentoring and inspiring a high-velocity cross-functional cell of product growth operations and sales leaders to execute with speed and strict accountability.
Requirements
* *Experience Blueprint:* 1215 years of progressive verified professional success operating in top-tier business management general management or business unit leadership capacities showcasing a history of highly stable and impactful tenures.
* *Ecosystem Mastery:* Deep deeply rooted functional insight into the contemporary Indian *EdTech Higher Education Skilling or Employability-Tech* landscapes.
* *Commercial Capabilities:* Verifiable historical success driving multi-million dollar commercial pipelines across both enterprise client consulting and high-volume digital consumer ecosystems.

Required Skills:
We are looking for a driven and highly organised Operations Executive to oversee and coordinate the full operational scope of our newly established company in Harare Zimbabwe. This is a hands-on cross-functional role that sits at the heart of the business connecting warehouse management commodity trading operations logistics coordination and procurement. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of agricultural commodity trading the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously and a track record of keeping operations running efficiently and cost-effectively in a fast-paced trading environment
