BIP(Would have done on Complex reports) OTBI and PL/SQL (AI Skills nice to have) ;must have good understanding of critical tables in Finance SCM and HCM
12 years of overall IT experience
Minimum 7 years of hands-on cloud technical experience in both implementation and support covering ERP/HCM/SCM.

Roles and Responsibility :

Technical Delivery & Solution Architecture: Lead the design development and optimization of complex high-performance BI Publisher (BIP) reports OTBI analyses and advanced PL/SQL blocks for multi-module Oracle Cloud implementations and support.

Cross-Functional Data Expertise: Leverage a deep foundational understanding of critical base tables across Finance SCM and HCM to extract data accurately build complex data models and resolve cross-functional reporting bottlenecks.

Strategic Leadership & Governance: Define reporting frameworks establish coding standards and govern the end-to-end technical delivery of a reporting team throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical Innovation (AI): Actively evaluate and pilot modern AI skills (such as generative AI for query generation or automated data insights) to drive efficiency and modernization within Oracle Reporting workflows.

Stakeholder Management & Operations: Act as the primary technical point of contact to translate complex business requirements into scalable reporting solutions while ensuring minimal disruption during quarterly Oracle patch releases.
