Position: Trade Relationship Manager Location: Multiple Locations Package: Up to 12 LPA
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with clients for trade finance products and services.
Acquire new customers through direct sourcing referrals and channel partners.
Handle trade finance products such as Letter of Credit (LC) Bank Guarantee (BG) Working Capital and Forex services.
Maintain strong coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and customer satisfaction.
Identify business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to expand the customer base.
Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate with experience in Trade Finance Banking or NBFC sales.
Strong knowledge of trade products and corporate banking services.
Good communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
Ability to generate business and manage client portfolios independently.
Experience in handling SME/MSME or corporate clients preferred.
