Product: Home Loan & Loan Against Property (HL/LAP) – DSA Channel

We are hiring Relationship Managers to drive Mortgage business through the DSA channel. The role involves new customer acquisition DSA relationship management business sourcing and ensuring quality loan processing and disbursement.

• Source Home Loan and LAP business through the DSA network.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing DSAs.

• Identify and onboard new DSA partners to expand the sourcing network.

• Generate quality leads and maintain a healthy business pipeline.

• Coordinate with Credit Operations Legal and Technical teams for smooth processing.

• Ensure complete documentation and timely file login.

• Achieve assigned sourcing login and disbursement targets.

• Maintain strong customer and channel partner relationships.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP sales.

• Prior experience in DSA channel is preferred.

• Strong local market and DSA network.

• Good communication negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Graduate in any discipline.
