Regional Sales Manager Africa

To lead and accelerate sales growth across assigned African territories by developing new markets identifying strategic customers and channel partners generating business opportunities managing the complete sales cycle and establishing Tech Scout Labs/MOBA as a strong technology solutions partner.

The role requires a highly entrepreneurial target-oriented sales professional who can independently open new markets build relationships with distributors/OEMs/end customers and convert opportunities across a broad portfolio of IoT telematics automation machine-control and industrial technology solutions.

• Fuel Management
• Logistics Management
• Production Management
• Garage & Store Management
• Machine Control & Automation
• Road Construction Solutions
• Earthmoving Solutions
• Agriculture / Land Leveling Solutions
• Mining & Piling Solutions
• HEMM-related technology/sensors
• System Integration and related industrial technology solutions
• MOBA specifically positions its solutions around machine control mobile automation identification/mobile weighing software and OEM-focused applications.

• Existing African business network
• Existing OEM/dealer/distributor relationships
• Experience opening new countries
• Experience selling technology/engineering solutions
• Strong understanding of industrial customer
• Existing contacts in construction/mining/logistics/agriculture
• Experience working with multinational technology companies
• Proven revenue-generation record
• Willingness to spend significant time in the field
