Position: Regional Manager - Gold Loan

Location: Panaji Goa

Qualification: Graduation

Experience:Min 8–10 years of experience in the Gold Loan industry. Experience in the NBFC or Banking sector is mandatory.

CTC: Up to 12 LPA

Key Requirement:
* Candidates must have a strong Gold Loan experience.
* The role involves managing and driving the performance of 5 branches.
* Responsible for business growth branch operations team management collections compliance and achieving regional targets.
