Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Manage end-to-end training for aligned Accounts Payable processes with domain expertise in:
  • Invoice Processing
  • Payment Processing
  • Vendor Management
  • New Hire Training
  • BAU Interventions
• Manage multiple stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed training MI and documentation.
• Design develop and deliver training on F&A product and process training on a need basis.
• Adhere to signed-off Training Standard Documents Governance Plans and other prescribed regulations.

Knowledge & Qualification

• Graduate in Commerce.
• Proficient in the Finance and Accounting domain.
• Exposure to the BPO/BPM industry in the areas of:
  • PTP
  • OTC
  • RTR Domain

Preferred Certification

• Finance and Accounting Certification.

Work Experience

• Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in F&A with good domain knowledge.

Qualifications :
