Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Experience Range: 11 to 15 Years
- Manage royalty calculation validation reporting and payment processes.
- Ensure processing is completed accurately and within agreed SLAs/TATs.
- Review royalty statements contracts and supporting data to identify discrepancies.
- Lead and manage the operations team including workload allocation performance and development.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and exceptions.
- Drive process improvements automation and quality initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs SLA performance quality productivity and operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with client policies contracts and internal controls.
- Prepare and present regular operational and performance reports to stakeholders.
- Manage escalations and support audits as required.
Qualifications :
B Com/Mcom/MBA or Finance related field
