Essential Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

• Total 5 years of experience and 3 relevant in Process Automation and Industrial Automation.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Process Automation and Industrial Automation business units.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements for engineering and automation roles.
• Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn employee referrals internal databases and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes and conducts initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability communication skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate technical interviews with engineering teams and ensure smooth interview scheduling.
