Recruitment Specialist EPCO&G

• Talent Sourcing: utilize various sourcing methods including online job boards professional networks and referrals to identify and attract top talent
• Screen interview and assess candidates to evaluate their qualifications skills and expertise ensuring they meet the specific requirements of each position
• Provide guidance on candidate selection and market trends
• Stay up to date with industry trends market conditions and hiring practices to develop effective recruitment strategies
• Provide a positive and professional experience to candidates throughout the recruitment process ensuring clear communication and timely feedback
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs including project and mass hiring

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in engineering industries within large corporations
• Prior experience hiring for EPC Oil and Gas and/or construction is a must
• Experience hiring for Middle East is an added value
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment handling multiple positions simultaneously
• Excellent English language skills
• Workweek is Sunday to Thursday
