We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment team manage client delivery and drive operational excellence.

• Lead mentor and manage a team of recruiters.

• Allocate positions and monitor recruitment progress.

• Ensure timely delivery of quality candidate profiles to clients.

• Drive recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions across multiple industries.

• Build sourcing strategies using job portals LinkedIn social media and networking.

• Monitor recruiter performance productivity and KPIs.

• Conduct team training and coaching to improve recruitment quality.

• Review candidate submissions before sharing with clients.

• Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide regular hiring updates.

• Improve interview offer and joining ratios.

• Ensure proper usage of ATS and maintain recruitment data accuracy.

• Prepare recruitment MIS reports and dashboards.

• Continuously improve recruitment processes and service quality.

• Strong experience in Recruitment Consultancy or Staffing Industry.

• Hands-on experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.

• Team handling and leadership experience.

• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Naukri Indeed and social platforms.

• Excellent communication and client management skills.

• Good understanding of recruitment KPIs and recruitment analytics.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• MBA (HR) is preferred.

• 5–10 years of recruitment experience.

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a recruitment team.

• Experience working in a Recruitment Consultancy Staffing Company or RPO is highly preferred.
