Understanding job descriptions and client requirements
Candidate sourcing through different platforms
Resume screening and shortlisting
Communicating with candidates over calls
Conducting initial candidate screenings
Interview scheduling and coordination
Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate data
Understanding the end-to-end recruitment process
We are looking for individuals who havegood communication skills basic MS Office proficiency a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in building a career in HR and recruitment.
Candidates should have access to alaptop stable internet connection and a suitable environment to work remotely.
