The Program Manager Value Realization is responsible for optimizing and accelerating the end-to-end flow of valuefrom initial ideas through to measurable customer outcomes.
This role plays a critical part in aligning initiatives with enterprise goals driving delivery against measurable success KPIs and ensuring strong engagement across both business and technical stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader an exceptional communicator and a skilled navigator of complex cross-functional environments. This individual will act as a change agent supporting organizational and cultural transformation while guiding teams toward greater alignment and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Delivery
- Own end-to-end program management for Value Realization and Annual Product Plan initiatives across multiple platforms and strategic areas.
- Develop and maintain a unified cross-organizational delivery plan including timelines dependencies sequencing and customer value outcomes.
- Ensure initiative-level Epics and Features in Azure DevOps (ADO) meet Definition of Ready standards to support clear execution.
- Anticipate team needs and facilitate ongoing planning backlog refinement and execution readiness.
Alignment & Execution
- Translate strategic objectives (what) into actionable execution plans (how) across Product Management Architecture UX Domain Experts and Delivery Teams.
- Ensure alignment on scope intent and customer value with measurable progress tied to defined success metrics and Jobs-to-be-Done.
- Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies and proactively remove execution barriers.
- Surface risks early through initiative coordination and opportunity review forums to prevent late-cycle issues.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships across business and technical stakeholders.
- Deliver clear compelling updates including demos readiness reviews and checkpoints focused on customer value.
- Communicate changes risks and decisions effectively ensuring stakeholder alignment and accountability.
- Support change management through clear documentation of scope dependencies and constraints.
Continuous Improvement & Customer Engagement
- Identify opportunities for process improvement innovation and efficiency gains.
- Support Product Management in customer engagements including demos voice-of-customer sessions and user events.
- Drive adoption of tools and practices (including AI-enabled solutions) to enhance delivery efficiency.

- Experience with leveraging AI tooling to accelerate and improve efficiency of day-to-day responsibilities is a plus.
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience with commercial software product development
- Minimum 3 years in team leadership or program management role.
- Experience with Agile Lean or other modern delivery methodologies.

We work in a hybrid way at AVEVA. Most roles are based at a local AVEVA office with an expectation of being on-site 50% of your working hours to support collaboration and connection.
