Position: *R&D Manager*

Location: Thrissur

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Food Technology Dairy Technology Food Science Dairy Science or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience: *Minimum 10 Years of Experience in Research & Development within the Food & Dairy Industry With at least 5 years in a Leadership or Managerial Role.*

Salary Package:12LPA - 14LPA

*Job Summary:*
Lead new product development improve existing products optimize formulations and manufacturing processes and drive innovation while ensuring compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.

*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Lead the development and commercialization of new dairy and food products.
2. Improve existing products by enhancing quality taste nutrition shelf life and cost efficiency.
3. Conduct product trials pilot plant validations and scale-up activities for commercial production.
4. Develop product formulations and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce production costs.
5. Collaborate with Production Quality Assurance Procurement Sales and Marketing teams for successful product launches.
