EY- GDS Consulting Enterprise Risk (ER) Risk Transformation Manager / Senior Consultant

As part of our Risk Transformation team you will support clients in transforming their risk functions by aligning risk strategies with business objectives leveraging technology and enabling scalable governance frameworks.

You will work closely with global teams and client stakeholders to deliver risk transformation engagements across industries. The role requires strong consulting stakeholder management and execution capabilities across risk domains and emerging risk technologies.

The opportunity

Were looking for Managers / Senior Consultants with experience in Risk Transformation risk advisory and client delivery to join our growing Risk Consulting practice. This role offers the opportunity to:

Your key responsibilities

• Client engagement and delivery
  • Lead and support delivery of risk transformation engagements across domains such as Internal Audit Internal Controls (SOX / IFC) Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
  • Work with client stakeholders and EY regional teams to understand business challenges and support transformation initiatives
  • Manage workstreams and deliverables with focus on quality timelines and business outcomes
  • Build effective working relationships with clients and internal teams
• Business development and growth
  • Support proposals RFPs POVs and strategic pursuits
  • Assist in development of client presentations solution documents and pursuit collateral
  • Collaborate with global teams on business development opportunities
• Risk transformation and innovation
  • Support development of risk transformation solutions integrating:
    • AI analytics and automation
    • GRC platforms and digital risk solutions
    • Process optimization and operating model transformation
  • Contribute to thought leadership accelerators methodologies and reusable assets
  • Stay current with emerging trends in risk technology and digital transformation
• Teaming and capability building
  • Mentor junior team members and support team development initiatives
  • Foster collaboration innovation and quality in project delivery
  • Participate in capability building and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the practice
  • Work collaboratively across service lines and global teams

• Strong experience across Process Risk & Controls domains:
  • Internal Audit
  • Internal Controls / SOX
  • TPRM / Vendor Risk Management
  • Enterprise Risk Management
• Understanding of risk technology ecosystem and digital risk solutions
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical risk solutions
• Experience in stakeholder management and project delivery
• Commercial mindset and willingness to support growth initiatives

To qualify for the role you must have

• MBA / CA / B.E. / or equivalent
• 6-10 years of experience (for Manager) / 4-8years (for SC) in Risk Consulting
• Prior experience with Big 4 firms or other risk advisory / strategy consulting firms
• Experience in:
  • Delivering client engagements
  • Managing workstreams and teams
  • Supporting proposals or business development initiatives

Ideally youll also have

• Certifications such as CIA CISA CRISC or equivalent
• Experience in GRC tools and digital risk platforms
• Exposure to automation analytics and transformation programs
• Experience working in global delivery models
• Passion for innovation in risk and technology
