We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are currently hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Quality Control Executive located in Trichy Tamil Nadu. Our client is a reputed organization in the Publishing & Content Services sector looking for skilled and motivated professionals to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Review publishing files and documents to ensure accuracy consistency and compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate with authors and stakeholders by sending proofs and collecting review comments.
- Validate revised manuscripts and production files before final approval and release.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of proofreading and QC activities.
- Verify submissions for completeness and resolve pending author or editorial queries.
- Maintain quality records and document review observations for audit purposes.
- Collaborate with typesetting editorial and production teams to improve content quality.
- Identify recurring errors and recommend corrective actions to enhance workflow efficiency.
Required Skills
- Quality Control Reviewing content for accuracy and compliance.
- Proofreading Detecting grammar formatting and content issues.
- Publishing Workflow Knowledge Understanding manuscript-to-publication processes.
- Typesetting Awareness Reviewing layouts and formatted content.
- Project Coordination Managing review cycles and stakeholder communication.

Work Experience Requirements
Candidates should possess 25 years of experience in publishing proofreading quality control or related content management functions. Experience working with editorial production or content development teams is highly preferred. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and comfortable working in deadline-driven environments.
Education
- Minimum: Any Bachelors Degree
- Preferred: Masters Degree in English Journalism Publishing or related field
- Additional: Certification in Editing Proofreading or Quality Management preferred
