Job: Quality Assurance Engineer II
Location: Chennai/Bangalore (Hybrid - 3 days in Office/week)
Job Summary:
Contribute to high-quality software delivery by executing functional end-to-end and automation tests for Salesforce and Agentforce platforms. Ensure robust defect documentation and collaborate closely with developers to resolve issues and optimize testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Salesforce functional and end-to-end testing to validate business requirements and user experience.
- Perform Agentforce testing ensuring platform reliability and compliance with acceptance criteria.
- Develop and maintain test automation scripts to streamline regression and integration testing.
- Document defects and test outcomes proactively escalating issues and participating in retrospectives.
