The position:

Were looking for an experienced Quality Analyst to join FYI. Reporting to the Quality Manager youll play a key role in ensuring new features and product enhancements are delivered to the highest quality standards before reaching our clients.

Working closely with Product and Engineering teams youll take ownership of testing across new AI capabilities automation features and platform enhancements. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems identifying risks early and contributing to the delivery of world-class software in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan execute and maintain high-quality testing across new features AI capabilities and automation initiatives.
• Partner closely with Product Engineering and Delivery teams to understand requirements and ensure solutions meet functional and quality expectations.
• Identify investigate and communicate defects working collaboratively to support timely resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by strengthening testing practices quality processes and product reliability.
• Champion a quality-first mindset helping ensure every release delivers an exceptional client experience.

About you

• Ability to work in a fully remote capacity.
• 3 years experience as a Quality Analyst within a SaaS or software development environment.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a passion for delivering high-quality software.
• Experience working within Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience applying context-driven software testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes and build strong working relationships.
