QAQC Engineer

• Develop implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with project specifications and international standards.
• Provide technical oversight for all piping activities ensuring compliance with EPC project requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify that construction work aligns with approved drawings procedures and safety protocols.
• Analyze technical non-conformities and collaborate with project teams to implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage documentation including Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) material test reports and final quality dossiers.
• Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and clients to facilitate timely approvals and project milestones.
• Review and approve contractor quality submittals including welding procedures (WPS/PQR) and NDT reports.
• Uphold the highest standards of quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.E./).
• Experience: A minimum of 4 to 8 years of proven experience in the EPC sector specifically focusing on piping QA/QC operations.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of piping codes standards (such as ASME/ASTM) and general QA/QC methodology within industrial construction.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to interpret complex technical drawings specifications and regulatory frameworks.
• Communication: Professional proficiency in written and verbal communication essential for coordinating with diverse stakeholders and project teams.
