Education Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field (or higher) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Position Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer - AI/ML to join our this role you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy reliability and performance of complex data pipelines ETL processes and enterprise-scale data processing systems.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in data testing automation Python SQL API validation and ETL technologies. Additionally you will leverage modern AI/ML tools such as GitHub Copilot and Agentic AI solutions to improve testing efficiency automate repetitive tasks and enhance quality engineering practices.
This position requires strong banking domain knowledge particularly in Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) and financial reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy and business process integrity.

Your Future Duties and Responsibilities:
Data Validation & Reconciliation
Design develop and execute comprehensive data validation and reconciliation strategies.
Validate data accuracy across complex enterprise data architectures.
Perform end-to-end reconciliation testing to ensure consistency between source and target systems.
Ensure accuracy of financial and transactional data across business workflows.
Data Pipeline & ETL Testing
Validate complex ETL pipelines and data transformation processes.
Perform data lineage testing and trace data movement from source systems to target systems.
Verify data mappings business rules and transformation logic across platforms.
Work with enterprise ETL tools such as IBM DataStage and Informatica.
Automation Development
Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Robot Framework.
Develop automation scripts using Python libraries such as:
oPandas
oPySpark
oNumPy
Create reusable test components and improve automation coverage.
Drive continuous improvements in testing efficiency and quality.
Workflow Orchestration Testing
Validate and monitor Apache Airflow workflows and DAG executions.
Analyze logs and troubleshoot workflow failures in OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) environments.
Ensure reliability and performance of orchestration processes.
API & Integration Testing
Perform end-to-end REST API testing using Postman and similar tools.
Validate integration flows between upstream and downstream systems.
Verify API responses error handling security and performance requirements.
Environment Support & Monitoring
Perform log analysis in Unix/Linux environments.
Develop shell scripts for automation and operational support.
Troubleshoot production and non-production data issues.
Support release validation and deployment testing activities.
Banking Domain Validation
Apply banking and financial services domain expertise to design business-focused test scenarios.
Support Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) processes and financial reconciliation validation.
Ensure compliance with business audit and regulatory requirements.
AI-Driven Quality Engineering
Utilize AI/ML tools including GitHub Copilot and Agentic AI solutions to enhance testing workflows.
Automate test generation and test data preparation activities.
Drive innovation and efficiency through AI-enabled quality engineering practices.
Explore emerging AI technologies to improve testing productivity and coverage.

Must-Have Skills:
Strong experience in Data Testing Data Validation and Data Reconciliation.
Advanced Python programming skills using:
oPandas
oPySpark
oNumPy
Strong SQL expertise including:
oComplex query development
oCross-database querying
oStored procedures
oPerformance validation
Deep understanding of:
oETL concepts
oData mapping
oData lineage tracking
oData transformation testing
Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow DAG testing and workflow validation.
Experience working in OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) environments.
Strong Unix/Linux administration knowledge including shell scripting and log analysis.
Experience with REST API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Hands-on experience with Robot Framework automation development.
Proven experience with enterprise ETL tools such as:

Strong Banking and Financial Services domain knowledge.
Experience with Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM).
Experience in financial reconciliation and data controls.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as:
