As our Senior QA Analyst you will be the quality conscience of the GenAI team. You will shape how developers and product managers think about testing from day one. This is a strategic role with real influence over delivery standards team culture and product excellence.
What Youll Do
- Define and champion QA standards principles and best practices across the GenAI portfolio.
- Analyse product and feature requirements to determine the right level and type of test coverage needed.
- Oversee the structure priority and delivery of automated test suites across multiple GenAI projects.
- Coach developers and product managers on quality thinking helping them make better decisions independently.
- Challenge teams on gaps in test coverage including edge cases regression risk and integration points.
- Track and report on test health coverage metrics and quality trends across the teams delivery pipeline.
- Write automated or manual tests where needed to set standards unblock delivery or validate critical paths.
What You Bring
- 5 years of experience in QA test engineering or quality assurance within software delivery environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex product functionality deeply.
- Proven experience defining QA strategies and automated test approaches for cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium Playwright Pytest or Cypress.
- Excellent communication skills able to challenge and influence without being adversarial.
- Comfort working remotely with a UK-based manager and collaborating across UK/Europe time zones.
- Experience in AI GenAI data engineering or CI/CD pipeline integration is a strong advantage.
Location
This role is based in India with a hybrid working arrangement. You will collaborate daily with a UK-based Engineering Manager and the wider UK/Europe delivery team. Reasonable overlap with UK working hours is expected.
