Position Purpose:

ct Responsibilities

• You help us make better use of our data through collection labeling curation structuring and feature engineering to improve our models.

• You apply a range of analytical methods to answer business questions and improve our assets and models.

• You support the deployment of AI applications to production using a comprehensive tool stack (CI/CD pipelineAirFlowMlFlow ) and helpestablisheffective model monitoring including tracking historical input and target data to detect drift.

• You help automate the modeling pipeline.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Must-have:

Education: You hold at least aMastersdegree in a quantitative field such as statistics computer science or engineering ideally with a focus on natural language processing. A PhD is a plus. Candidates from other academic backgrounds with strong analytical skills are also welcome.

• Work Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in data science preferably in the financial sector. Candidates with less experience may still be considered if they have strong academic credentials.

• Data Management: You have strong hands-on experience with SQL Pandas Hadoop/Spark and web scraping to prepare structure and make data usable for data science.

• Data Science: You apply a broad range of analytical methods in both classical machine learning and generative AI and you are familiar with a data-centric approach to building and improving AI solutions by combining code and data.

• Programming language: You have extensive experience in programming with Python and contribute to deploying AI applications in production using a comprehensive stack of tools
