Python Engineer (AIML)

We are looking for a Python AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in Machine Learning Large Language Models (LLMs) and backend integration. The ideal candidate will work on building intelligent systems such as chatbots AI assistants data-driven APIs and automation solutions using modern AI/ML frameworks and LLM technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain Python-based AI/ML applications
• Build and integrate LLM-powered solutions (chatbots document Q&A summarization intent detection)
• Implement ML pipelines: data preprocessing training evaluation and inference
• Develop and optimize REST APIs using Fast API / Flask
• Integrate AI solutions with SQL databases
• Work with vector databases (FAISS Chroma Pinecone)
• Optimize model performance latency and cost
• Handle prompt engineering and RAG pipelines
• Write clean testable and well-documented code

Qualifications :

Required Skills

Programming & Backend

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with Fast API / Flask
• SQL and SQL Alchemy
   

AI / ML

• Machine Learning fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI Azure OpenAI Hugging Face)
• NLP tasks: embeddings classification similarity search
• Prompt engineering experience
   

Good to Have

• RAG architecture experience
• Model deployment on CPU/GPU
• Docker and cloud basics
• On-prem AI deployment experience
• LLM fine-tuning knowledge
   

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving mindset
• Good communication skills
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Team collaboration skills
