Job Description Python DevOps Engineer (Mid-Level 47 Years Experience)
We are looking for a Python DevOps Engineer with 47 years of experience in DevOps cloud infrastructure and automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines automating infrastructure developing Python-based solutions and ensuring reliable application deployments across cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain Python applications automation scripts and operational tools.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Jenkins GitHub Actions or similar platforms.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform Ansible or Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.
- Deploy manage and monitor applications on AWS Azure or GCP.
- Implement containerization and orchestration solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitor system performance troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform reliability.
- Collaborate with development QA and operations teams to improve deployment and release processes.
- Implement security best practices logging monitoring and compliance standards.
Required Skills
- 47 years of experience in Python development and DevOps engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python Linux Shell scripting and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI/CD).
- Experience with Docker Kubernetes and containerized deployments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.
- Experience with Terraform Ansible or other IaC tools.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus Grafana ELK Datadog or Splunk.
- Strong troubleshooting automation and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native applications.
- Knowledge of security DevSecOps and infrastructure governance.
- Relevant cloud certifications (AWS Azure Kubernetes or Terraform) are a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
