Job Summary
Reports to: Director Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
This role supports the Sourcing and Purchasing teams by managing purchase orders and supplier coordination to ensure materials are ordered and delivered according to the supply plan. It also supports import/compliance documentation (e.g. COO/HTS) and prepares internal/external reporting including on-time delivery and savings performance using tools like Power BI and capacity analysis updates.

Primary Responsibilities
PO management (issuing POs pull in/Push out quantity changes)
- Manage purchase orders with domestic and international suppliers.
- Identify and create supply chain opportunities by optimizing workflow to achieve greater efficiency.
- Report shortages and corresponding root-cause analysis
- Ensure materials are ordered and delivered according to supply plan
- Negotiate with suppliers best cost to support the departments TCP targets

Required certifications for importing product i.e. COO HTS etc
- Collaborate with Import/Export to ensure the accuracy of raw material documentation. Corroborate documentation is complete and in accordance with compliance requirements. Support the Sourcing Team to evaluate preferred suppliers and meet qualification requirements in respective countries.

Reporting and MASCO Risk Mitigation Projections
- Prepare reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Power BI tools to report success on OTD and saving targets
- Manage capacity analysis and prepare findings in PP format

Key Skills Required
Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong communication experience with international teams well-versed with remote working protocols including virtual collaboration tools cross-time-zone and best communication practices.
Ability to use a computer for 8.5 hours per day.
Ability to use MS Office applications (Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint)
Proficient user in MS Office suite as well as Visio and Projects.
Must be able to prepare reports worksheets charts schedules procedures and other data as necessary.
Knowledge of ERP systems.
Organized and detail-oriented.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
The individual must be able to interface with co-workers internal departments vendors/service providers and customers in a fast paced environment that requires multi-tasking. Able to present information to a group of co-workers supervisors managers or higher-level executives. Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts agreements warranty manuals safety rules owners operating manual and service procedure manuals etc.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Must Have Technical Skills hiring manager to update this section
Six years prior experience participating in the development and deployment of new business applications in the areas of sourcing supplier management contract management and project management.

Education
Mandatory to have Bachelors degree

Preferred Skills
A.P.I.C.S CSCP or CPM a plus

Other Mandatory Requirement:
Must Have Broadband Availability: Minimum 30 MBPS - Only connections from national service providers such as Jio Tata Airtel or Hathway Fiber are acceptable. Local or unverified internet providers are not aligned with MHPI IT policy and should not be used for official work.

Home Office Setup (Mandatory):
- working space to accommodate two monitors 1 laptop (necessary equipment will be provided additional tools -role if any).
- The candidate must have access to a quiet and dedicated home office environment that supports productive remote work.

IT Asset Arrangement:
- All necessary equipment (based on role)- including One/two monitors one laptop and supporting accessories will be provided by the company. Candidates must ensure safe and secure setup and usage of these assets.

This setup is non-negotiable and essential to ensure uninterrupted workflow secure data handling and effective collaboration. Candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
