Job Summary

What youll do

  • Lead the hotels purchasing function ensuring the timely procurement of quality products and services.
  • Source evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best value quality and service.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with company procurement standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work closely with departments to ensure stock availability and minimise wastage.
  • Manage purchase orders contracts deliveries and supplier performance to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Control purchasing costs analyse spending and identify opportunities for savings without compromising quality.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies audit requirements and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with Finance Culinary Food & Beverage Housekeeping Engineering and other departments to support the hotels operational needs.

  • Previous experience as a Purchase Manager or Procurement Manager within a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes inventory management and supplier negotiations.
  • Experience with purchasing systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical negotiation and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
  • A proactive detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
