Purchase Manager

• Manage the hotels overall purchasing and procurement operations in accordance with Accor standards policies and procedures.

• Source quality products and services at competitive prices while maintaining the required quality standards.

• Identify evaluate and develop approved suppliers and maintain effective vendor relationships.

• Negotiate prices payment terms delivery schedules and contractual conditions with suppliers.

• Review purchase requisitions obtain necessary approvals and process purchase orders as per established procedures.

• Conduct market surveys and obtain competitive quotations to ensure cost-effective purchasing.

• Coordinate with the Finance Cost Control Stores Receiving Kitchen Food & Beverage Housekeeping and Engineering departments to meet operational requirements.

• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to support the smooth functioning of hotel operations.

• Monitor purchasing expenditure control costs and identify opportunities for savings without compromising quality.

• Maintain accurate records of quotations comparative statements purchase orders supplier contracts and other procurement documents.

Qualifications :

Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or any other equivalent qualifications

5-7 year of experience in branded hotels and minimum 1 year experience in similar role.

Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and mentoring.
