About the role
Were looking for a curious empathetic and motivated Psychology student or recent graduate to join our People & Process Consulting team for a focused two-month internship.
Youll spend these two months working on something most psychology students only read about building real psychological inventories from the ground up. Youll be involved in designing assessment items validating them refining the structure and seeing how these tools get used in actual organisational settings.
This isnt a shadow-the-team internship. The work is real mentored and goes on to shape decisions about real people.
What youll work on
Designing psychological inventories from blueprint to item-bank
Researching frameworks across personality behaviour and competency assessment
Pilot-testing items gathering data and analysing what works
Refining tools based on validation findings
Documenting methodology scoring rubrics and interpretation guides
Collaborating with our consulting team on how these tools land in client settings
Who should apply
Youre pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Psychology Counselling Organisational Behaviour or a related field with a genuine interest in psychometrics assessments or applied research.
Youll thrive here if:

Skills that help
Comfort with research methodology and basic statistics
Familiarity with assessment frameworks (Big Five MBTI DISC competency models)
Clear written English
Ability to read academic papers and translate them into plain language
Excel or Google Sheets for organising data

Required Skills:
What youll do: 1) Run HR discovery conversations and gather requirements. 2) Map client HR processes leave attendance onboarding performance payroll. 3) Configure Zoho People modules (Core HR Leave Attendance Shift Performance Files Cases Workflows). 4) Lead data migration from Excel and legacy HRMS platforms. 5) Conduct user training and produce client-ready SOPs. 6) Manage go-live troubleshooting and post-implementation stabilisation. 7) Document requirements configurations and change requests. What were looking for: Experience: 13 years in HRMS / HRIS implementation HR operations with system exposure or HR tech support. Hands-on with at least one HRMS Zoho People Keka GreytHR or similar. HR knowledge: You understand how leave attendance onboarding performance and payroll actually work from configuring or running them not just from a textbook. Tech comfort: You learn new tools by clicking through them. Youve worked with workflows conditional logic role-based access and basic integrations. Process thinking: You reach for a flowchart when something gets complicated. You can tell the difference between what a client asks for and what they actually need. Client handling: You can hold a conversation with a CHRO. You write clean emails. When pushed back you ask better questions instead of going quiet. Pace: You learn fast and are expected to.
