Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for students across all grades.
- Assess identify and monitor mental health concerns learning difficulties and behavioral issues.
- Develop and implement personalized intervention plans in collaboration with teachers parents and caregivers.
- Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for urgent emotional or psychological needs.
- Organize workshops seminars and awareness programs on topics such as stress management resilience bullying and selfesteem.
- Maintain confidential records of counseling sessions assessments and progress reports in compliance with dataprotection regulations.
- Collaborate with school administration to create policies that promote a psychologically healthy school climate.
- Offer guidance and resources to teachers on classroom strategies that support emotional and social development.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs) when required.
- Stay updated with the latest research techniques and best practices in school counseling and child psychology.
- Masters degree in Clinical Psychology Counseling Psychology or a related field from a recognized university.
