We are seeking a dedicated and passionate PRT Marathi Teacher to join our dynamic education team. *Responsibilities:*
- Deliver structured and age-appropriate Marathi language lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
- Develop and implement lesson plans teaching aids and assessment tools to enhance student learning.
- Monitor student progress through regular evaluations feedback and individualized support.
- Promote reading writing speaking and listening skills through interactive activities and creative projects.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that values diversity and encourages participation.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support interdisciplinary learning and school-wide initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance assessments and student development.
- Engage with parents through regular communication to share progress and support student growth.
- Participate in professional development workshops and school meetings to stay current with best practices.
Requirements
*Requirements:*
- Bachelors degree in Marathi (Graduation in Marathi) with a strong command of the language.
- Valid or qualification with specialization in primary education.
- 1 to 3 years of teaching experience in primary schools preferably in a Marathi-medium or bilingual environment.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective student-centered instruction.
- Strong communication interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success and lifelong learning.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and educational technology to support teaching and learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to evolving educational needs.
