Project Planner Location Chennai/Gurgaon Permanent Position

Join our Project management team in Chennai / Gurgaon We are a renowned engineering consulting firm focused on delivering excellence in project execution through effective project and contracts management quality assurance document control risk assessment and project controlling.
As a Project Planner you will be responsible to:
Develop resource-loaded cost-loaded baseline time schedules in close collaboration with Project Managers Clients and various stakeholders.
Integrate multiple schedules from other project partners and contractors and own them.
Closely track the progress of work update schedules periodically and prepare monthly status reports.
Assist with critical path analysis and highlight time-related issues and risks including the proposal of mitigation measures.
Analyze progress data to forecast issues andmaintain detailed project schedules in alignment with contractual obligations.
Communicate with management project managers colleagues and external stakeholders to understand the schedule and any issues.
Assist the Contract Management team with evaluating schedule impacts arising from change and risk mitigation.
Prepare and manage the compilation of final project dossiers lessons learned etc.

Additionally you will have:
Bachelors degree with minimum 6 years of experience in project scheduler or project planner roles.
Planning and scheduling experience in large multi-discipline Infrastructure engineering projects (bridge tunnel highways airport metro) buildings projects energy projects.
Expertise in breaking down complex projects into clear WBS CBS structures.
In-depth working knowledge and direct experience with project planning software like Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Commercial awareness with a good knowledge in contracts change management and Earned Value analysis.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Strong ability to communicate clearly complex scheduling information to stakeholders at all levels.
