Role Overview
An experienced Transformation PM with the ability to identify document and manage change requirements and a deep understanding of the change lifecycle. Exposure to financial services in Commercial or Institutional banking or Retail Wealth or Private banking is required.Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives within a UK financial services context
- Identify document and manage change requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Apply change management best practices across Commercial Institutional Retail Wealth or Private banking initiatives
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams
- Support delivery governance risk management and reporting
Required / Must-Have Skills
- Experienced Transformation PM with strong change-management skills
- Deep understanding of the change lifecycle
- Exposure to financial services Commercial/Institutional banking or Retail/Wealth/Private banking
