Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Project Manager with at least 5 years of hands-on experience to drive toy development and manufacturing projects from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of project timelines coordinate cross-functional teams and push deliverables forward with strong leadership and communication skills.
Project Delivery: Plan schedule and track product development cycles for toy manufacturing ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
Cross-Functional Execution: Work closely with Design R&D Tooling Production Quality and Procurement teams; proactively push stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with external suppliers and internal teams to manage dependencies material readiness and production schedules.
Communication & Reporting: Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates through clear written reports structured emails and cross-departmental alignment meetings.
Risk & Quality Control: Identify potential risks early in the project lifecycle implement corrective actions and ensure projects meet toy safety standards and quality compliance.
Education: / B.E. (MBA in Operations or Project Management is highly preferred).
Experience: 5 years of core project management experience (preferably within manufacturing consumer durables or toy industries).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for effective email correspondence and team coordination.
Skillset: Strong driving capability assertiveness team coordination risk management and proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Jira or Trello).
Compensation:PM (commensurate with skill and background).
