Job Description
Bangalore location 5 days a week at the client office.
Experience
- 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Cloud Operations / Technical Project Management
- Proven experience in managing hybrid cloud and enterprise infrastructure environments
- Hands-on or governance-level exposure to:
- Azure / AWS / GCP
- Azure VMware Solution (AVS)
- AIX on Skytap
- Linux (RHEL) server environments
- Oracle & DB2 database infrastructure ecosystems
Qualifications & Experience
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting skills (client-facing experience mandatory)
- Experience in:
- SLA/KPI management and reporting
- Vulnerability management & patch governance
- Audit handling (ISAE 3402 or similar compliance frameworks is a plus)
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to operate in highly governed audit-driven enterprise environments
Good to Have
- Experience in cloud cost optimization (FinOps practices)
- Exposure to automation (Terraform scripting DevOps practices)
- Prior experience in large enterprise accounts (e.g. regulated industries like healthcare BFSI)

- Drive operational excellence across modern & legacy estates
- Balance delivery cost compliance and transformation initiatives
- Act as a bridge between infra cloud and application/database teams
- Ensure readiness for audits governance reviews and client commitments
