We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with 810 years of experience to lead the successful delivery of client projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project ownership including planning execution stakeholder management financial oversight and delivery excellence.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing cross-functional technical teams client relationships Agile delivery processes and operational governance ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.
What Will You Be Doing
Project Leadership & Delivery Management
Support end-to-end project delivery from project initiation through execution to closure.
Define and maintain project scope objectives deliverables timelines and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
Maintain detailed project plans schedules and delivery roadmaps.
Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
Track project performance using dashboards and status reports.
Drive accountability across teams to ensure delivery commitments are met.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as a point of contact for assigned clients for operational updates.
Build strong client relationships through transparent communication and delivery excellence.
Manage client expectations and proactively address risks escalations and change requests.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and project execution.
Agile Delivery & Team Leadership
Oversee Agile delivery processes ensuring effective implementation of Scrum practices.
Facilitates Sprint Planning Backlog Grooming Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners Architects and Technical Leads to ensure backlog clarity and sprint readiness.
Identify delivery risks and remove blockers impacting team productivity.
Foster a collaborative high-performing offshore team environment.
Resource Planning & Operational Governance
Plan and manage resource allocation across projects.
Monitor team utilization and workload distribution.
Maintain timesheet compliance and effort tracking.
Ensure alignment between planned effort actual effort and delivery timelines.
Support capacity planning for upcoming projects and new engagements.
Financial & Budget Management
Support in planning project budgets cost tracking and financial forecasts.
Monitor project margins and ensure financial discipline in delivery execution.
Maintain billing trackers and support invoicing cycles.
Identify and address potential budget overruns or scope changes.
Risk Management & Quality Assurance
Identify potential project risks dependencies and delivery challenges.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to quality standards delivery processes and organizational best practices.
Conduct post-project reviews and retrospectives to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
What Makes You the Perfect Fit
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Business Administration or related field.
810 years of experience in project management within IT services or consulting environments.
Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of Agile Scrum and SDLC processes.
Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong leadership planning and problem-solving abilities.
Technical & Tools Experience
Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as:
Jira
Azure DevOps
MS Project
Zoho Projects
Asana or similar tools
Experience with resource planning effort tracking and delivery governance is required.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with US or international clients.
Exposure to data engineering cloud AI/ML or modern data platforms (preferred for technology-focused organizations).
Understanding of project financials budgeting and revenue tracking.
Experience managing distributed or offshore teams.
Certifications (Preferred)
PMP (Project Management Professional)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
