Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead project delivery across multiple teams and geographies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills the ability to navigate diverse team dynamics and a commitment to achieving project goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project delivery across multiple teams and geographical locations.
• Develop project plans timelines and budgets ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Manage project documentation and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within project teams.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in project delivery across multiple teams and geographies.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with project management software (e.g. MS Project JIRA Trello).
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in projects.
• Certification in project management (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Experience in a specific industry relevant to the organization (e.g. IT construction healthcare).

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in project management with a focus on project delivery.
• Proven track record of successful project completion within scope time and budget constraints.
