About the Role:
Manage external development and project coordination activities for hotel construction and hospitality development projects.
Liaise with clients architects consultants contractors government authorities and utility agencies to obtain approvals and ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project schedules budgets milestones risks and deliverables to ensure timely completion of development objectives.
Support site development planning infrastructure coordination permitting and compliance with local regulations and hospitality standards.
Prepare project reports stakeholder updates and executive presentations while driving issue resolution and decision-making processes.
About You:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture Construction Management or a related discipline; post-graduate qualification is desirable.
10 - 15 years of experience in large-scale hospitality(Hotel resorts etc) construction project development.
Strong understanding of project lifecycle management development approvals construction methodologies and statutory compliance requirements.
Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and coordinate multiple internal and external partners.
Excellent communication negotiation project planning and problem-solving capabilities.
