About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (E-commerce) to lead and manage end-to-end e-commerce projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management stakeholder coordination Agile methodologies and delivering scalable digital commerce solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning execution and delivery of e-commerce projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Product Development QA UI/UX and Operations.
• Define project scope timelines milestones and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate sprint planning backlog management and Agile ceremonies.
• Drive continuous process improvement and optimize project delivery.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in Project Management with significant experience in e-commerce projects.
• Proven experience delivering B2C/B2B e-commerce platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience working with platforms such as Shopify Magento WooCommerce Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar is preferred.
• Excellent project planning risk management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira Confluence Asana or Microsoft Project.
• PMP Scrum Master or Agile certification is an added advantage.
