Job Summary
project manager plans leads and oversees initiatives from inception to completion. They are responsible for defining project scope managing budgets allocating resources and ensuring deadlines are met. By eliminating blockers they act as the central link between teams stakeholders and clients to deliver successful ResponsibilitiesScope & Planning: Define project goals establish clear milestones and develop comprehensive work plans to prevent scope & Budget Management: Allocate financial human and material resources efficiently while tracking costs to stay within the approved Mitigation: Proactively identify potential issues (delays budget constraints) and develop contingency plans to keep the project on Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams delegate tasks resolve conflicts and motivate members to achieve shared & Reporting: Act as the central communication hub by preparing regular status updates and presenting progress reports to executives and Qualifications & SkillsExperience: Typically requires a bachelors degree alongside 35 years of proven project management or relevant industry : Professional credentials like the Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) are highly valued by Competencies: Strong skills in budgeting risk management time management and conflict Skills: Exceptional communication servant leadership adaptability and organizational capabilities.
Required Skills:
Conducting surveys and gathering data for land development and construction projects. Designing and setting up survey systems including total stations and GPS receivers. Performing calculations and analyzing data to produce accurate survey reports.
