Project Manager Civil Engineer

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Project Manager / Civil Engineer in Trichy Tamil Nadu. Our client is a reputed organization in the Construction sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.

• Manage construction projects from planning through completion.
  
• Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and stakeholders.
  
• Prepare and monitor project schedules budgets and resource allocation.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
  
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide effective solutions.
  
• Monitor project progress and resolve execution issues promptly.
  
• Analyze project performance and recommend process improvements.
  
• Ensure timely completion while maintaining quality standards.
  

• Project Management Planning and execution of construction projects.
  
• Civil Engineering Strong understanding of civil construction principles.
  
• Construction Planning Scheduling budgeting and resource management.
  
• Site Supervision Monitoring project execution and quality.
  
• Client Coordination Managing stakeholder communication and expectations.
  

• Knowledge of AutoCAD/MS Project/Primavera.
  
• Leadership and team coordination skills.
  
• Risk assessment and problem-solving abilities.
  

Experience is not specified in the posting. Typical requirement: 38 years of experience in construction project management civil engineering or infrastructure projects with exposure to site execution and contractor coordination.

• Minimum: B.E./ in Civil Engineering (Typical)
  
• Preferred: M.E./ in Civil Engineering or Project Management (Typical)
  
• Additional Certifications: PMP Primavera AutoCAD Certification (Preferred)
