Project Manager ELV / IBMS

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager ELV / IBMS to manage endtoend execution of ELV projects including CCTV Access Control Systems (ACS) Fire Alarm Systems (FAS) and overall IBMS integration. The role will be responsible for project delivery coordination with stakeholders and ensuring quality cost and timeline adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ELV / IBMS projects from design to commissioning.

• Handle projects involving CCTV ACS FAS and integrated building management systems.

• Prepare project plans schedules BOQs and execution strategies.

• Coordinate with consultants clients OEMs vendors and internal teams.

• Monitor project progress quality standards safety compliance and timelines.

• Manage subcontractors site teams and resolve technical / site issues.

• Ensure adherence to contractual technical and safety requirements.

• Support testing commissioning handover and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7 years of experience in IBMS / ELV project management.

• Strong exposure to CCTV Access Control Fire Alarm Systems and ELV integrations.

• Experience in large commercial / IT parks / residential / industrial projects preferred.

• Good understanding of ELV standards system architecture and coordination with other services.

• Strong stakeholder management communication and leadership skills.

Education

• BE / BTech / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation or related discipline
