A PM with extensive experience in Agile methodologies (SAFE Scrum Kanban Lean) and ability to adapt frameworks to organisational and team needs.

Has Proven experience of championing and implementing Agile ways of working.

Excellent knowledge and experience with Jira and Confluence dashboards.

Has experience running large PI Planning events with over 150 people. Has experience with Inspect and Adapt workshops-understands how to facilitate and manage tech-focused workshops.

Strong facilitation coaching and mentoring skills-drives agile adoption fosters continuous improvement and supports capability building across teams.

Proven delivery management experience-able to lead complex multi-team environments and manage multiple streams priorities and dependencies.
