Project Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete project lifecycle from project handover to final delivery and execution
• Plan schedule and monitor commercial modular interior projects
• Coordinate with clients architects consultants contractors and internal teams
• Review project drawings BOQ specifications and scope of work
• Ensure smooth execution of modular furniture and interior installation works
• Monitor project timelines milestones and deliverables
• Manage site activities manpower planning and resource allocation
• Coordinate with production and procurement teams for material availability
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure work progress as per schedule
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions
• Ensure quality standards and safety practices are followed at site
• Track project costs variations and additional works
• Prepare project progress reports and update management regularly
• Handle client meetings feedback and issue resolution
• Ensure timely project handover and closure

Required Skills:

• Strong project management and site execution skills
• Good understanding of commercial interior projects
• Knowledge of modular furniture installation and execution
• Ability to read and interpret drawings BOQ and specifications
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of MS Project / AutoCAD / MS Excel preferred

Qualification:

• Diploma / B.E / / Interior Design / Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
