• Life Sciences & Pharmaceutical Facilities

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management Architecture or related discipline
• Professional certification (PMP CCM RICS or equivalent) highly preferred

• 15 years in project and construction management
• 10 years in senior leadership roles
• Proven track record delivering projects valued at USD $50M in at least ONE of the specialized sectors listed above
• Deep technical knowledge of mission-critical systems relevant to your sector (cleanrooms data center infrastructure healthcare systems aviation facilities industrial processes cold chain logistics or cGMP manufacturing)
• Experience with fast-track and design-build delivery methodologies
• Strong understanding of international standards and regulatory frameworks

• Demonstrated ability to lead large multicultural teams
• Exceptional client relationship management with C-level engagement experience
• Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills
• Proficiency in project controls software (Primavera P6 MS Project) and BIM workflows
• Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous
• High adaptability and cultural intelligence for international assignments

• 20 years of experience with Asia-Pacific or emerging markets exposure
• Direct experience in India or familiarity with Indian construction environments
• Multiple project deliveries within your primary sector specialization
• Experience managing concurrent large-scale project portfolios
• Advanced degree (Masters MBA) or additional certifications (Six Sigma LEED AP NEBOSH)
• Previous international assignment or expatriate experience
• Multilingual capabilities (Hindi or other Asian languages)

• Your experience in your primary specialized sector
• Key projects delivered (scale and complexity)
• Your interest in this international assignment in India
